I support clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, anger, relationship challenges, boundary setting, and grief. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move forward with clarity and confidence.

I am a therapist that offers an integrative and collaborative approach that encompasses your holistic self. I have a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and utilize a person-centered approach to adapt to your experiences, needs, and goals in therapy.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, allowing it to support and adapt to your unique needs and work from evidence-based modalities: Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. An integrative approach supports change that lasts while you grow and encounter new experiences. I support clients with co-existing and differing concerns including depression, self-image anxiety, relationship struggles, and periods of change. I work with youth ages 12+, teens, adults, students, athletes, and I bring experience working with dual-diagnosis individuals and those with cognitive and physical disabilities. I also bring experience working with sports teams doing mental health training for suicide awareness and prevention and mindfulness-based practice to support performance.
It is fundamental to me that my clients feel heard, safe, heard, and understood. I provide a compassionate space of non-judgement to ensure a sturdy therapeutic relationship which is the heart of good therapy.
